Do I need an account to use DeepWalk?
No, you can use Wander Mode without an account. Creating one lets you save progress and purchases across devices.
Why does the app need 'Always' location access?
So stories can play automatically as you walk, even when your phone is locked or in your pocket. You can change this in your device settings at any time.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app, or visit deepwalk.travel/delete-account.
How does pricing work?
Each city is a one-time purchase that unlocks its stories permanently — no subscription.
