Delete your DeepWalk account

You can delete your DeepWalk Travel account and associated data at any time — directly in the app, or by email.

Option 1 — In the app

Open DeepWalk → Profile SettingsDelete account. Confirm, and your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request by email

Send a request from the email address linked to your account to privacy@deepwalk.travel. We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account (email address)
  • Saved preferences
  • Walk history and progress

What we keep

  • Purchase records required by accounting law (kept without connection to a usable account)
  • Content you have published (such as stories or routes) is retained but detached from your identity
  • Anonymized data that cannot identify you
Note: deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — manage subscriptions in Google Play or the App Store.
