Delete your DeepWalk account
You can delete your DeepWalk Travel account and associated data at any time — directly in the app, or by email.
Option 1 — In the app
Open DeepWalk → Profile → Settings → Delete account. Confirm, and your account and data are deleted immediately.

Send a request from the email address linked to your account to privacy@deepwalk.travel. We process requests within 30 days.

- Your account (email address)
- Saved preferences
- Walk history and progress
What we keep
- Purchase records required by accounting law (kept without connection to a usable account)
- Content you have published (such as stories or routes) is retained but detached from your identity
- Anonymized data that cannot identify you
Note: deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — manage subscriptions in Google Play or the App Store.
